1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made with KLAIM, both in our physical stores and through our online channels. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Availability
● All products we sell are 100% authentic and carefully selected.
● As many of our products are limited edition, an item may sell out quickly.

3. Prices & Payment
● All prices on our website and in store are listed in euros and include VAT.
● We accept payments via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and other available payment methods.
● Discounts and promotions are only valid during the stated period.

4. Orders & Confirmation
● An order only becomes final after you have received an order confirmation by email.
● KLAIM reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

5. Warranty & Complaints
● We supply products of the highest quality. If there is a defect, please contact us within 14 days.
● The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by third parties.

6. Liability
● KLAIM is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of products.
● We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery services or other external factors.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
